Today is a historic day for YourStPaulHome.com!  We have just surpassed 20,000 pages views in a single month, and the month is not even over yet.  Normally, I receive about 15k-18k pageviews a month, but the last several months, traffic has been ramping up.  I'm not sure if this is because more buyers are looking to buy, or if my site has started to rank better with the search engines.  Given that I rank pretty good, I would guess that it means there are more people interested in buying a condo or loft.

March of 2007  I had a little uptick in traffic(18,900 pageviews), which ended up keeping me busy all summer long, so here's to a busy summer!

On a side note...

If you are a returning visitor, you may have noticed that the individual condo pages in the directory are changing.  If you see something that looks a little off or is not working, please let me know.  I was hoping to have all of the directory pages updated a while ago, but what I thought was going to take 5-10 minutes a page is taking 30-45 minutes!  Now times that by 43!

Also, if you live in one of the buildings here in downtown, I'd love to hear from you.  I received a suggestion from a site visitor that it would be helpful to have home owner testimonials about that they love about their building and why they bought.  I am going to start that once the pages are all updated.
