ADC Building - Located at 12 West Kellogg Blvd.

The ADC site is alive and well again!  News is that Ramsey County will demolish the current jail and part of the neighboring building to clean the site for future development.  Opus won the bidding process with Ramsey County (Owner of the site) to build a Hotel/Condo/Office project. 
The project as it sits is slated to have 23 stories with the top 8 making up 100 condos.  Now, none of this is confirmed with the developers, so information will likely change as it gets closer to marketing time.   (updated 01/17/2008)
