The Kleppe Group is a dynamic group of individuals.  Bud and Leslie got their start in real estate with Coldwell Banker Burnet, the largest brokerage in the state of Minnesota.  Leslie started her real estate career back in 1999, at the beginning of the wildest market of all time.  Working with buyers was a difficult task then, as houses would sell in hours with multiple offers.  Leslie was able to offer calm and reliable advice to buyers in a sellers market.

Bud joined Leslie in 2002 to form The Kleppe Group, the organization you see today.  Bud was very focused on providing very unique marketing solutions to their clients with homes to sell, with fantastic results.

The Kleppe Group made a big change in the fall of 2003, with a shift of focus.  The Downtown real estate market was being overlooked, and Bud and Leslie wanted to bring their style of service to this market.  Shortly after establishing themselves in the Downtown Market, they introduced the Condo Directory for Downtown Saint Paul.  What was once very difficult to understand, The Kleppe Group put all of the information in one place. Making buying or selling a condo or loft a much easier process.

The idea of unique marketing and innovation on the web hasn’t stopped!  The Kleppe Group is always coming up with new ways to market properties or make the buying process easier.
