Bonnie Jean Flats is the conversion of the old B & M warehouse located at 7th & Sibley.  The conversion is nearly complete with a total of 13 units in the building.  The flats have large windows, bringing lots of natural light to the condos.  South side homes will have private balconies that run the width of the home.

A few years ago, as the B&M warehouse, there was a fire that caused minimal damage to the building.
