Chestnut Park - Located at Chestnut and Exchange Streets.

This is a project still in the works, but here's what we know so far about it...  Chestnut Park sits on a 3 acre site, it will have townhomes at the perimeter with a 20 story tower in the heart of the West 7th area.  Currently on the site is the Cossetta catering business plus surface parking lots.  This project would connect the West 7th area to the Mississippi river.  David Cossetta is the developer of this project and this would be his first real estate developement.
