Latest news is the Commerce Building is being converted into apartments.  A grand opening is scheduled for August.

The Commerce Building building was designed and built by famed architect Herman Kretz in 1911.  Mr. Kretz designed many homes, apartments, and commercial buildings around Saint Paul.
