The Flats range in size from 780 sq ft to 1250 sq ft and the prices are from $144,900's to $279,000. The Farmers' Market itself should have roughly 15,000 square feet of indoor space for a year round market.
Farmers Market Flats is being marketed as a Eco-Friendly development. The flats come standard with cork floors, energy star appliances, and District Energy for heating and cooling. Eco-friendly building features include an energy saving elevator, storm water runoff retention system for the roof, roof top deck with planters, plus much, much more! For the past several years, the project was held up in a land dispute, which has finally been resolved.
