Gallery Tower Condominium - Located at 26 West 10th Street.

Gallery Tower is the first condo high rise to be built in Downtown Saint Paul. When the building was completed in 1981, it was considered one of the premiere addresses in Downtown. Until recently Gallery was connected to the Science Museum of Minnesota.  Currently, there is a skyway bridge connected the Gallery building and St. Josephs Hospital, making it an ideal place for doctors and nurses.  Gallery has just finishing their renovations to most of the common areas, adding a much needed facelift.

 **ATTENTION CONDO BUYERS**

If you have not already signed a contract with a Realtor to represent you in the purchase of your next home, you need to ask some very important questions.  The Downtown marketplace is a constantly changing market.

  1.  Does your agent know how the location of a condo inside a building can make a unit worth considerably more or less in value?

  2.  Does your agent understand how to determine if the Association is in good standing financial shape?

  3.  Does your agent know of future city plans that could alter the value of the condo you are considering purchasing?

These are just some of the questions you need to ask you next agent for Downtown.  It takes more than just unlocking the door for you.  Let us show you the way!

When you are ready for an Agent with Downtown knowledge, we’re here for you.
