The Saint Paul Condo Blog High Rise Acrobatics April 26th, 2007 2:24 PM Ever wonder how the windows get cleaned on all of the buildings in downtown.  I was walking to work this morning when I looked up at Great Northern Lofts and saw these guys hanging off the side of the building.  It almost looked like a military operation with them kicking off as they repelled down.
