Homecroft & West Seventh Neighborhoods

This delightful neighborhood is located on the Southern border of Saint Paul.  For years it has been considered a working class neighborhood with affordable homes.  Since St. Paul’s recent real estate boom, the Homecroft neighborhood has been rediscovered, and is a fantastic neighborhood to live!  It is located close to Crocus Hill and Highland Park, so all of the amenities of those neighborhoods are nearby.  Parts of the neighborhood overlook the Mississippi River, and it has several schools and parks.  Seventh Street runs right through the neighborhood and provides easy access to Downtown, the Excel Energy Center, and all of the new restaurants and bars that have evolved over the past 10 years.
