The Lowry - Located at 350 Saint Peter St.
The Lowry Lofts and Condos. AKA The Lowery

Built by Thomas Lowry in 1911 as the Lowry Medical Arts Building, then later renamed the Lowry Arcade Building. The Lowry was built to fit in with the surrounding buildings, mainly The Offline Hotel which was constructed in 1878. In 2004 PAK Properties began to convert the building to condo’s on the upper floors. The lofts are constructed in typical loft style, including terrazzo or concrete floors, exposed ductwork, and plenty of windows.  The Lowry is also one of only a handful of buildings that is skyway connected. Some of the retail establishments on the first floor include; Pazzaluna, Sakura'sQ Kindness cafe, Details Salon and the Lowry Theater featuring "Hockey Mom - Hockey Dad".  The Lowry is also just steps from beautiful Rice Park.

If you have not already signed a contract with a Realtor to represent you in the purchase of your next home, you need to ask some very important questions. The Downtown marketplace is a constantly changing market.

  1.  Does your agent know how the location of a condo inside a building can make a unit worth considerably more or less in value?

  2.  Does your agent understand how to determine if the Association is in good standing financial shape?

  3.  Does your agent know of future city plans that could alter the value of the condo you are considering purchasing?

These are just some of the questions you need to ask you next agent for Downtown.  It takes more than just unlocking the door for you.  Let us show you the way!

When you are ready for an Agent with Downtown knowledge, we’re here for you.
