Built by Thomas Lowry in 1911 as the Lowry Medical Arts Building, then later renamed the Lowry Arcade Building. The Lowry was built to fit in with the surrounding buildings, mainly The Saint Paul Hotel which was constructed in 1878. In 2004 PAK Properties began to convert the building to condo’s on the upper floors.
