Mac/Groveland Neighborhood


MacGroveland (short for Macalester Groveland) is the home to many homegrown businesses.  It’s a neighborhood filled with families, private schools, and college students; because of this, MacGroveland is highly sought after.  During St. Pauls' recent real estate boom, most houses in the neighborhood sold within hours, in multiple offers.  The homes are older (pre WWII), on tree lined streets and appeal to nearly everyone!
