This is the new and exciting final chapter to Upper Landing Development on the Mississippi River. Mississippi Flats is a five story building with 100 total units on floors 2-5. The first floor will consist of retail (coffee shop, etc). The building will also have underground parking. Upper Landing was the City's effort to revitalize the riverfront and in doing so, they raised the ground level of the site to above the 100 year flood plain level and the housing sits above the 500 year flood level. Construction has started, more details to follow. Expect occupancy in Spring/Summer of 2007.
