Printers Row - Located at 490 Temperance Street.

Phase one of Printers Row was built on the East side of Temperance Street, between 9th & 10th, with 42 homes in this condominium, the building was built with a much more modern flair. Printers Row gets it’s namesake from the printing companies that were located near the site around the turn of the century. One of the unique concepts behind Printers Row was to allow the original buyer to choose how their unit was finished, either in a Soft Loft or Traditional Condo finish. While construction on the first building is complete, there may be an opportunity in the second phase. This is the fourth phase for the Wacouta Commons Neighborhood.
