The Saint Paul Condo Blog RNC vs. Pigeons August 23rd, 2008 12:33 PM The battle started out with the City adding pigeon condos (sorry, not big enough to make the condo directory) to the roof tops of some of the buildings downtown about a year ago.  There was also rumors they were going to feed them birth control.  With only a week until the convention, I think it's safe to say the pigeons are winning!
