Rossmor Lofts - Located at 500 North Robert Street.
The Rossmor Building - Condos and Lofts

The Rossmor was built in 1916 as the Foot Schulez & Co. building, a shoe and boot manufacturer. Before the conversion in 2002, The building was used as affordable "living" for artists. The Rossmor retains its rich history in the arts by sponsoring the Art Crawl twice a year and has original creations throughout the common areas of the building.

Pak Properties converted the Rossmor into 129 units on the upper floors and retail spaces on the first floor including, Key’s CaféLowertown Printing, SawatdeeCAMP bar, and Equipt Fitness.  The Rossmor would front the proposed Pedro Park and is connected to District Energy.

If you have not already signed a contract with a Realtor to represent you in the purchase of your next home, you need to ask some very important questions. The Downtown marketplace is a constantly changing market.

  1.  Does your agent know how the location of a condo inside a building can make a unit worth considerably more or less in value?

  2.  Does your agent understand how to determine if the Association is in good standing financial shape?

  3.  Does your agent know of future city plans that could alter the value of the condo you are considering purchasing?

These are just some of the questions you need to ask you next agent for Downtown.  It takes more than just unlocking the door for you.  Let us show you the way!

When you are ready for an Agent with Downtown knowledge, we’re here for you.
