Saint Paul Loft Directory

St. Paul has a wide variety of loft options available. We have broken them into two categories. Hard Lofts and Soft Lofts. The lofts represented in this directory, are located in Downtown St Paul.

Hard Lofts represent the true definition of the word "loft", meaning that the building is older, typically an old warehouse.  The ceilings and ductwork are exposed, and normally bare concrete floors.  Another hallmark of a Hard Loft are large windows.

Soft Lofts are new buildings built to mimic the essence of a hard loft.  Typically new construction, but still have exposed ductwork and newly poured concrete floors are normally standard.
