This project is a multiple developer effort from David Bernard and Centex Homes. This complex was built right next to the Mississippi River, and painstaking work was done to elevate the site above the 100 year flood plain level. The vision for Upper Landing is to have condominiums, apartments and retail all on the River Front.  Currently, there is a Caribou Coffee and an AnyTime Fitness as the two retail stores of Upper Landing.
