Upper Landing - Located at Shepard Road & Spring Street.

This project is a multiple developer effort from David Bernard and Centex Homes. This complex was built right next to the Mississippi River, and painstaking work was done to elevate the site above the 100 year flood plain level. The vision for Upper Landing is to have condominiums, apartments and retail all on the River Front.  Currently, there is a Caribou Coffee and an AnyTime Fitness as the two retail stores of Upper Landing.

With multiple buildings and multiple developers, floorplans and finishes vary widely.  Most of the floorplans are larger than what you would typically find in downtown and share a lot of similarities with other typical high end suburban condo developments.

If you have not already signed a contract with a Realtor to represent you in the purchase of your next home, you need to ask some very important questions. The Downtown marketplace is a constantly changing market.

  1.  Does your agent know how the location of a condo inside a building can make a unit worth considerably more or less in value?

  2.  Does your agent understand how to determine if the Association is in good standing financial shape?

  3.  Does your agent know of future city plans that could alter the value of the condo you are considering purchasing?

These are just some of the questions you need to ask you next agent for Downtown.  It takes more than just unlocking the door for you.  Let us show you the way!

When you are ready for an Agent with Downtown knowledge, we’re here for you.
