Wacouta Commons Saint Pauls' newest park.  It was dedicated in late August of 2006 and was not officially complete until late fall.  The entire neighborhood was created in 2001 with the start of Essex on the Park.  Before Wacouta Commons got its start, it was commonly referred to as the North Quadrant and was full of surface parking lots.  Other residential buildings that are part of this neighborhood are Dakota on the Park, 9th Street Lofts, and Printers Row.
