Well, well, well.  Look what crawled back on the market.  It sounds like the developer was able to cut a pretty sweet deal to sell the building and the innards to Ramsey County, and part of that deal has the county on the hook for building maintenance and repairs.  The condo owners will only be held to pay for 20% of the building's water and electrical bill.

I still want to see how the docs are worded, but it's starting to sound a little better.  I've not always been a big fan of the way this project was put together (floorplans, etc...) but this makes the condos an interesting anomaly for the market.

In my mind, the only downside is how the future transit hub with interact with the HOA of the building.  How loud would the future station be inside?  A couple of unanswered questions, that only time will tell.
