Downtown Neighborhood

Downtown Saint Paul has a wonderful small town feel!  Beautiful parks abound, strong neighborhood groups, family owned restaurants, and fantastic housing make this community desirable!  Located on Hwys 94, 52, and 35E, Downtown St. Paul is convenient to Minneapolis and the airport.  The lightrail is expected to come through downtown in 2014, making commuting even easier.

Nearly the entire housing stock is condominiums, made up of high rises, conversions, old warehouses, and new construction.
