The Penfield - Located at 100 East 11th Street.

The Penfield is back and better than ever (OK, it's really good news for the neighborhood and renters, not so much condo buyers)!

We are just a handful of days away from getting the final details of the new development. What I know for sure: The Penfield will include an 11 story tower apartment building and a single level Lund's grocery store on the corner of 10th & Robert. What's still not completely understood is where the tower is in relationship with the rest of the block and whether or not room for a possible hotel tower is still in the mix.

With the possibility of a new city park across the street from the development should really make it shine.
